The lodge bar stocks local and regional drafts with rotating handles, and the kitchen fires up community dinners, including a crowd-favorite spaghetti night, on a regular schedule. It's the kind of menu that feeds a crowd without pretense.
For traveling Elks members, the parking lot offers overnight RV camping with electrical hookup, currently one 50-amp site available on a first-come basis. Easy highway access makes it a logical overnight between Bar Harbor and points south.
Beyond the bar and the campsite, the lodge hosts fraternal meetings, charitable fundraisers, and member events throughout the year. If you're interested in joining the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the Ellsworth lodge is an active chapter worth a conversation.
